Conversion logs

Publisher postback delivery history with filters, details and retry. For network admins.

Every postback the platform sent to a publisher after a conversion: when, to whom, for which campaign and event, the amounts, the HTTP response and whether it succeeded. Open a row for the full request and response, and retry failed ones.

What you can do here

  • Status tabs — All, Success, Failed and Pending, with totals and average response time.
  • Filters — Publisher, campaign and event (conversion, lead, sale, install, click).
  • Log detail — The exact URL, response body and a Retry postback button.

Limitations

  • Restricted: Team members need the Publishers permission.

Troubleshooting

  • Every delivery for one publisher fails — Open a row: a 4xx means their server refuses the request (path, token, allow-list); a 5xx or timeout is on their side. Share the logged URL with the publisher.
