Email notifications

Publisher email notifications: global settings, templates and layouts, delivery logs, per-publisher control and announcements. For network admins.

Control the emails publishers receive — offer approvals, campaign changes, caps, payments, security alerts and more. Edit each email's text and layout, see every email sent and its status, switch emails off for individual publishers, and send announcements.

What you can do here

  • Settings — Turn publisher emails on or off globally and per notification type.
  • Templates — Edit subject and body per type, preview it, and switch between the default and a custom HTML layout.
  • Email Logs — Queued, sent and failed emails with retry.
  • Publishers — Switch all emails off for a specific publisher.
  • Communication Hub — Send an announcement in-app, by email or both — to everyone, specific publishers, a campaign's publishers, a manager's book or a status.

Limitations

  • Depends on: Emails need working SMTP (Settings → Configure SMTP) and platform email notifications switched on.
  • Depends on: Publishers can opt out of most types in their own preferences; mandatory types (such as security alerts) are always sent.
