Ads, Analytics & Stores

Sign in with Facebook, Google, Shopify or WooCommerce: conversions go to Meta pixels and GA4, Meta ad spend comes back, store orders become conversions. For network admins.

One place to connect the platforms around your traffic without copying IDs or tokens. Sign in with Facebook and pick an ad account and pixel: every tracked conversion is reported to that pixel, and the ad account's spend comes back so you can see profit per Meta campaign, ad set and ad. Sign in with Google and pick a GA4 property: conversions appear there as events. Connect an advertiser's Shopify or WooCommerce store: its orders become conversions automatically.

What you can do here

  • Meta Ads — Continue with Facebook → choose ad account, pixel, publishers, event and value. Spend import is on by default.
  • Google Analytics 4 — Continue with Google → choose property and web stream. The Measurement Protocol secret is created for you.
  • Shopify & WooCommerce — Install the Shopify app or approve WooCommerce's key request. Paid orders are approved, refunds and cancellations reject the conversion, partial refunds lower its amount.
  • Ad Spend & ROAS — Spend, Meta clicks and Meta-reported results next to tracked clicks, conversions, revenue, payout, profit and ROAS.
  • Setup — The network's own Meta app, Google OAuth client and Shopify app — set once, with the exact redirect URIs to register.

How to use it

  1. Open Setup and save the Meta app, Google client and Shopify app credentials (one-time).
  2. On Meta Ads, press Continue with Facebook, then choose where conversions go.
  3. Paste the URL parameters from Ad Spend & ROAS into your Meta ads so spend lines up with tracked conversions.
  4. On Shopify & WooCommerce, enter the store, pick its advertiser and connect.

Limitations

  • Depends on: Facebook sign-ins last about 60 days; reconnect when the page warns you (a Login for Business configuration gives non-expiring tokens).
  • Depends on: Meta and Google need App Review / OAuth verification before people outside your app's roles or test users can sign in.
  • Depends on: A store order is credited only if the shopper's landing URL carried the click ID (the campaign's offer URL must pass {click_id}), or they used a publisher's coupon code.
  • Depends on: WooCommerce needs version 8.5+ (order attribution) for landing-page credit, and this page must be on https.
  • Depends on: GA4 accepts events up to 72 hours old; older conversions are skipped. Meta accepts 7 days.
  • Restricted: Super Admin only, and part of the Ad Sync plan feature.

Troubleshooting

  • “Set up the Facebook app first” — The Meta app ID and secret aren't saved yet — open Setup.
  • Sign-in expired — Press Sign in again on the account; existing connections get the fresh token.
  • Spend but no tracked clicks — The ads are missing the URL parameters — paste them into the ad's Tracking section.
  • Orders “Not from a publisher” — The order had no click ID or coupon. Check the campaign's offer URL passes {click_id} to the store.
