Site health
Live server, database, memory, session and 24-hour failure metrics. For network admins.
Is the platform healthy right now? Uptime, memory, active sessions, database pool, and failures over the last 24 hours (API errors, login failures, webhook and postback failures), plus the most recent failed API requests.
Fields and settings
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| 24-hour failures | Failed API = requests that returned 4xx/5xx. Login failures count since the last restart. Webhook failures = rejected or errored inbound webhooks. Postback failures = failed or exhausted publisher postbacks. |
Troubleshooting
- Postback failures climbing — Open Conversion Logs or Webhooks → Publisher Postback Logs to see which publisher's endpoint is failing.
- DB pool shows waiting clients — The database is busy; heavy exports or long report ranges can cause this. Retry later or narrow the range.
