Billing & finance settings

Older invoicing defaults — superseded by Finance → Finance Settings. For network admins.

Payment terms, invoice prefix, tax label and value, minimum payout, approval workflow and decimal precision. These are saved but invoices are built by the Finance module, which uses its own Finance Settings.
