System settings
Platform identity, tracking, security, roles, signup, campaigns, notifications, billing, API, SMTP, health, white label, theme and branding. For network admins.
All platform-wide settings in tabs. Use the search box to jump to a setting by name. Each tab saves on its own — a Save/Discard bar appears when you change something — and every save is recorded in the settings audit log.
What you can do here
- Platform General — Platform name, support email, currency, timezone, maintenance mode and the login box.
- Tracking, Security, User & Role, Signup & Accounts — How tracking behaves, sign-in security, team defaults, and who may sign up and how they're approved.
- Campaign & Offer, Notifications, Billing & Finance — Defaults for campaigns, admin alerts and invoicing.
- API & Integration, Configure SMTP, Performance & Health — Domains, CORS and the platform postback token; outgoing email; logging and diagnostics.
- White Label, Theme, Branding — Logo, favicon, login text, colours, theme (light, dark, transparency) and legal links.
Fields and settings
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Maintenance mode | Blocks every non-admin login and API call with a 503. Admins can still sign in to switch it off. Tracking links and postbacks keep working. |
| Language & platform status | Saved for reference. Limits: Neither changes the interface language nor any behaviour today. |
Limitations
- Restricted: Every admin can view settings; changing them needs the Settings permission.
- Depends on: Some settings are saved but not applied yet — each tab's guide lists them so you don't rely on them.
