Invoice detail
One invoice: campaign breakdown, conversion-level control, adjustments, payments, audit trail, status and lock. For network admins.
Review and settle a single publisher invoice. Decide which conversions count, add deductions and bonuses, record payments, and move the invoice through review to paid.
What you can do here
- Overview — Invoice details, publisher, and a campaign breakdown — click a row to jump to its conversions.
- Conversions — Approve, hold or exclude each conversion. Held and excluded conversions never count toward the payable.
- Adjustments — Deductions (fraud traffic, duplicate conversion, invalid lead, advertiser rejected, quality issue), bonuses and manual adjustments with a reason and note.
- Payments — Record payments with method, transaction reference and notes; partial payments are supported.
- Audit Trail — Every change to this invoice.
- Status actions — Submit for review → Approve or Reject; Mark disputed while unpaid; Cancel; Unlock a locked invoice with a reason. Download PDF or export CSV at any time.
Fields and settings
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Locked | A fully paid invoice locks automatically so nothing can change by accident. Unlock asks for a reason, which is recorded in the audit trail; edits then recalculate the payment status. |
Limitations
- Restricted: Locked invoices reject every edit until unlocked.
- Depends on: Tax and fee are calculated on the subtotal before adjustments.
Common mistakes
- Excluding instead of holding — An excluded conversion can't be picked up by a later invoice. Use Hold if you may pay it later on this invoice.
