Team members
Staff logins with role presets, departments, scoped permissions, account assignments and contact sharing. For network admins.
Add staff who help run the network — account managers, finance, support — each with their own login and only the access they need. Assign publishers and advertisers to them and choose whether partners see their contact details.
What you can do here
- Add team member — Name, login email, temporary password (8+ characters), role, job title, department, timezone, phone and Telegram.
- Account visibility — All accounts or Assigned accounts only — the second limits the member to the publishers and advertisers assigned to them.
- Share contact with assigned accounts — Assigned partners see this member's email, phone, Telegram and availability in their Help Center card.
- Row actions — View profile, edit details, view activity, assign publishers or advertisers, reset password, delete.
- Filters — Search by name, email or phone; filter by role, department and status.
