Campaigns

Find, filter and manage every web campaign, plus access, creatives, coupons, featured and targeting overviews. For network admins.

Every web campaign on your network in one table. Search and filter it, open a campaign to manage it, or pause/activate it from the row menu. The tabs give network-wide views of access rules, creatives, coupon codes, featured campaigns and targeting.

What you can do here

  • All Campaigns — Search by name, ID or advertiser, filter by status and category, sort by date, name or payout, and page through results. The row menu has Manage, Edit, Pause/Activate and Archive.
  • Campaign Access — Each campaign's visibility mode and how many publishers are allowed on it.
  • Creatives — Every creative (banner, image, landing URL) attached to any campaign, searchable by campaign or URL. Creatives are added when creating or editing a campaign.
  • Coupon Codes — All coupon codes across campaigns. Codes are added in the campaign editor.
  • Featured — Campaigns marked as featured, with suggestions of active campaigns you could feature; toggle featured from here.
  • Bulk Targeting — A read-only overview of countries, devices, states and cities configured on every campaign.

Fields and settings

FieldWhat it does
Status filterShows campaigns by effective status — the status the schedule has set, when one is enabled. Archived campaigns appear only under Archived.
Rules columnA short summary of the campaign's allow rules (countries, a single platform, a traffic channel). Open the campaign for the full targeting.

How to use it

  1. Use the search box to jump to a campaign by name, ID or advertiser.
  2. Narrow the list with the status and category filters; Clear filters resets them.
  3. Open the ⋯ menu on a row to manage, edit, pause or activate a campaign.
  4. Use + Create campaign to start the six-step campaign workspace.

Limitations

  • Not supported: The Today's Revenue column is not populated yet (it always shows $0.00). Use the campaign's Stats card or Reports for revenue.
  • Supported: Archiving is reversible only for reporting — archived campaigns keep their history but leave the access, creatives, coupons, featured and targeting tabs.
  • Restricted: Team members need the Campaigns & offers permission to change campaigns.

Common mistakes

  • Archiving instead of pausing — Archive can't be undone from the app. To stop traffic temporarily, use Pause.
  • Looking for drafts under Active — Autosaved drafts keep the status they were given; filter by All statuses and search by name.

Troubleshooting

  • A campaign is missing from the list — Check the status filter — archived campaigns are only shown with Archived selected — and clear the category filter.
  • Pause didn't stick — If the campaign has an advanced schedule, the schedule re-applies its own status every minute. Change the schedule instead.
