Finance

Revenue overview, publisher invoices, NET payment terms and methods, adjustments, pending and paid payments, settings and audit log. For network admins.

Everything about paying publishers. Generate invoices from approved conversions, apply each publisher's payment terms, add deductions or bonuses, record payments (including partial ones) and keep a full audit trail.

What you can do here

  • Revenue Overview — Revenue, payout, margin and invoice-status charts.
  • Affiliate Invoices — Every invoice with period, subtotal, payable, paid, status, due date and term. Filter by status, export CSV/XLSX, select rows to export or bulk-approve, and Generate Invoices.
  • Payment Terms — Each publisher's NET term and payout method, flagged when payment details are missing.
  • Invoice Adjustments — A cross-invoice ledger of deductions, bonuses and manual adjustments.
  • Pending / Paid Payments — Invoices approved and awaiting payment, and fully settled ones.
  • Finance Settings — Default NET term, invoice number prefix, default tax % and fee %.
  • Audit Logs — Every invoice edit, adjustment, approval and payment.

Fields and settings

FieldWhat it does
NET payment termDays after the invoice period ends that payment is due — NET 30 means within 30 days. Depends on: A campaign-specific term beats the publisher's term, which beats the default in Finance Settings.
Generate invoicesCreates invoices from approved conversions in the chosen period for one publisher or all active publishers. Conversions already on any invoice — including ones excluded there — are never picked up again.
Invoice statusWhere an invoice is in its life. Values: draft being prepared; pending_review submitted for approval; approved ready to pay; payment_pending / partially_paid payment in progress; paid fully paid — locked automatically; rejected / cancelled / disputed won't be paid as is. Effect: Publishers don't see draft, pending review, rejected or cancelled invoices.

How to use it

  1. Set each publisher's NET term and payment method under Payment Terms (or rely on the default in Finance Settings).
  2. Press Generate Invoices, choose the period and publisher(s).
  3. Open each invoice to exclude bad conversions and add deductions or bonuses.
  4. Submit for review, approve, then record the payment when you've paid. The invoice locks when it's fully paid.

Examples

Deduct fraudulent leads

Open the invoice → Adjustments → add a Deduction with reason Fraud traffic. Deductions always reduce the payable, whatever sign you type.

Pay in two instalments

Record a first payment; the invoice shows partially paid. Record the rest and it becomes paid and locks.

Limitations

  • Restricted: Team members need the Finance permission.
  • Depends on: Only approved conversions are invoiced. Pending conversions must be approved first.
  • Depends on: Requires PostgreSQL (invoice items, adjustments and payments are stored there).

Common mistakes

  • Generating before conversions are approved — Pending conversions aren't included. Clear the review queue first.
  • Changing tax % and expecting old invoices to change — Tax and fee defaults apply to newly generated invoices.
