Review held conversions
Approve or reject pending conversions in bulk, seeing why each one is waiting.
Some conversions aren't approved straight away. Open Analyze → Conversion Review to see every pending conversion, why it's waiting, and how much payout and revenue depends on them.
Why conversions wait
| Reason | What happened |
|---|---|
| Flagged by a fraud rule | A conversion rule set to flag matched — for example it arrived seconds after the click, or one IP converted repeatedly. |
| Cap or budget reached | The campaign had reached a cap or its budget when the conversion arrived. |
| Outside the attribution window | It arrived later after the click than the campaign allows. |
| Visitor outside the campaign's countries | The visitor's country was only known after the click went through, and it isn't one the campaign accepts. |
| Revenue missing from the postback | A revenue-share offer's postback had no revenue, so the publisher's payout would be 0. |
| Pending at the advertiser | The advertiser sent it as pending, for example during a refund period. |
| Postback sent no status | Your network holds conversions without a status (Settings → Campaign & Offer → Status when the postback sends none). |
Deciding
- Pick a reason, period, campaign or publisher to group similar conversions.
- Tick the rows you've checked — or tick the header box and Select all … matching to include every page.
- Press Approve or Reject and add a note for the audit log if you like.
Approving makes a conversion payable: it appears in reports and on the publisher's next invoice. Rejecting removes it from payouts. Either way the publisher is notified through their postbacks.
Good to know
- Your decision is final against the advertiser: if they re-send the postback as approved, your rejection stands. A later chargeback or refund from them still applies.
- Conversions approved or rejected by someone else meanwhile are skipped.
- Reviewing needs the Finance permission.
- Only approved conversions are invoiced, so clear the queue before you generate invoices.
